    Chatpate Chicken Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Breast - Chicken breasts are prone to drying out when overcooked, so they should be cooked quickly over high heat.

Cornstarch - helps create a protective layer over chicken which makes the flour coating crispier, and absorb moisture (from the frying and the chicken), which also means a crispier coating.

Chat Masala Powder - Chaat Masala has a distinct and easily identifiable flavour. Its a complex blend of tart, spicy, salty, tangy, and sour flavours with a hint of sweetness. It adds a smoky taste to the chicken.

Cashews - fried cashews adds a sweet yet nutty taste to the chicken.

Spice powders - chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder is added.

Onions & capsicum - when sauted, it adds a sweet flavour to the dish.
