“Brownies” Saying that name makes me happy…I love brownies,I love each letter of the word “Brownies”.. If I see any recipes named as Brownies,I will stare at that atleast for a few minutes (From this you get to know how much I love brownies).. My love for brownies had made me post quite a few brownie recipe in this blog..You can check all of them here..But amoung all those brownies this has become my latest favorite..

This is one is my Favorite Domestic Goddess Nigella’s recipe..This recipe is from her latest show “Nigella’s Kitchen”..I watched this video last week and believe it or not I made it the next day itself…And today I made it again for my friends..

I actually halved the original recipe..But i have written both the measurements.. So if you want, you could double or even triple the recipe..I beg you to give this a try..It was so gooey in the middle and crusty in the top with a little bit of creamy milk chocolate bites..I know this sounds like HEAVEN…Please give it a try and let me know what you think..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 25 to 30 mins
Makes : 16 Large Bars

Turn the heat off and add in cocoa and mix well.

Add in flour, baking soda, salt and mix.

Add in eggs, vanilla and mix till it becomes smooth consistency.

Now fold in the chopped milk chocolate and mix well.
Tip this in to the tin and bake it in the oven for 25-30 min.
Insert a knife it will have some moist crumbs in it.
Cut into squares and enjoy with a glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla icecream….
Pictorial:

@Annie you should not add eggs when the mixture is in flame, you should take it out of the flame and let it cool for 2-3 min.then add in your eggs so it wont scramble…Hope you got it..

Hi Aarthi, I am planning to do this Everyday brownies tomorrow. I have 2 doubts.
    1) CAN I SUBSTITUTE OIL IN THE PLACE OF BUTTER. If so, how much oil should I add?
2)Will all other ingredient measurements remain the same if I add butter?
