    Pasta Omelette Recipe

This recipe was developed on one day when i had some leftover macaroni in the fridge and was thinking what to do with it. At first i decided to make a macaroni kheer, but the recipe calls for uncooked macaroni. So i developed this recipe and had it as a tea time treat. It was really delicious and i am sure your kids will love it. This is great to serve for their breakfast, since it has pasta, eggs and veggies in them as well. You can serve this as a after school snacks as well..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

    About this Recipe

An omelette (also spelled omelette) is a dish made from beaten eggs that is fried in a frying pan with butter or oil (without stirring as in scrambled egg). The omelette is frequently folded around fillings such as chives, vegetables, mushrooms, meat (often ham or bacon), cheese, onions, or a combination of the above. Egg whites or whole eggs are frequently beaten with a small amount of milk, cream, or water.

Macaroni is a type of dry pasta that is shaped like narrow tubes. Made from durum wheat, macaroni is typically cut in short lengths; curved macaroni is known as elbow macaroni. Some home machines can make macaroni shapes, but macaroni is typically made commercially by large-scale extrusion, as is most pasta. Different speeds of extrusion on opposite sides of the pasta tube as it exits the machine create the curved shape.

Omelettes are thought to have originated in ancient Persia. They were nearly indistinguishable from the Iranian dish kookoo sabzi, according to Breakfast.

    Ingredients for Pasta Omelette Recipe

    Egg :
Raw eggs have a fairly bland flavour, but those who are more sensitive to them may find them overpowering. Because egg yolks are mostly fats, they have a buttery flavour, are very creamy, and have a smooth mouthfeel.

    Chilli flakes :
Chili flakes, red pepper flakes, and crushed red pepper flakes are all the same thing: a condiment or spice made of dried and crushed whole peppers.

    Oregano :
It has a strong, pungent aroma and flavour and should be used with caution. In cooking, both fresh and dried forms of the herb are used. Oregano is anti-inflammatory and has the ability to kill certain infections. It is high in dietary fibre, as well as vitamins A, C, K, and iron.
