This is easy recipe you can make using eggs. Just add ingredients into egg yolk and mix well. Spoon it into egg white and serve. This can be served cold as well. This is great for parties. So make few hours before the party and refrigerate till needed. I used spooned the filling into the egg white layer, you can use a piping bag if needed.

Peri Peri Evil Deviled Eggs
- Hard Boiled Eggs - 6
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup
- Peri Peri Spice Mix - 1 tblsp
- Black Olives as needed
- Take sugar, vinegar, peri peri mix, mayo and mix well.
- Slice hard boiled eggs, remove the egg yolk and add it into the mayonnaise.
- Mix well till creamy.
- Take boiled egg white in a plate. Spoon egg yolk mix into the egg white shells.
- Place olives over the yolk mix, decorate it like spider.
- Chill in fridge for few hours.
- Serve immediately.

1)Take boiled egg, slice in half.
2)Slice in half.
3)Remove the egg yolk into a bowl.
5)Take sugar in a bowl.
6)Add in apple cider vinegar
7)Add in peri peri spice mix.
8)Add in mayonnaise.
10)Add in egg yolk
11)Mix well so the mix gets creamy
12)Place egg white on a plate.
13)Spoon yolk mix on top.
15)Decorate the deviled eggs with olives .
16)Chill the egg in fridge for few hours. Serve.
