- Mashed Potatoes - 1 cup or use normal boiled and mashed potatoes
- Coriander leaves or parsley - 3 tblspn finely chopped
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
- Cheese - ½ cup grated
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chilli Powder or Cayenne - ½ tsp
- Oil for pan frying
