Potato Cakes Recipe | Mashed Potato Cakes
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- saute pan or skillet
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed Potatoes or use normal boiled and mashed potatoes
- 3 tbsp Parsley chopped finely
- ½ cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- ½ tsp Black Pepper powder or to taste
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except oil and take small portion from it. Form it into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop the patties in and fry till golden on both sides. Strain on some paper towel and serve.
