I have quite a few version of murukku recipes in my blog. My favorite ones are mullu murukku, thenkuzhal, coconut milk murukku, wheat flour murukku, check my other recipes here..There are still so many versions of murukku, for this diwali i wanted to share most of them, so i started making them now itself..

Ring Murukku such a fun crispy murukku to try as diwali snacks..So crunchy and your kids will love it..This murukku is a spicy one and taste so yummy with a cup of chai. This version is too simple and loved enjoying making the rings as well. I also made some garlic murukku on the same day and it turned out just great..Will share that recipe tomorrow..This is a simple ring murukku, there is another version which is called as chegodilu, it has moongdal and made a lil different than this. Will share that recipe soon too..
I hope you will love it and let me know how they turned out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 2 to 3 mins per batch
Makes : 20 to 25 rings

Hi Arthi.. I like all your recipes. I prepared this Ring murukku. The taste was good. But the murukku was soft after deep frying in oil, it wasn't crispy. I do not know where I went wrong . Please help
