I can never stop buying mushrooms, i love them so much. I buy them whenever i see them in the veg market and try new dishes out of it. All the recipes which i have made using mushrooms turned out so good. It has a tendency to give a nice taste to dishes where we add mushrooms..

This is one recipe which i made today, this is pretty simple to make and can be paired with roti, naan or rice..It needs a handful of ingredients and a masala kind of dish..The creaminess of the dish comes from the ground cashews and khus khus, the actual recipe calls for cashews and badam as well, but i skipped badam and reduced the cashew level and added little more poppy seeds. It turned out pretty good. I also made quick crispy salt and pepper broccoli too. Will share it in the coming week.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
