Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tblspn
Ginger – 1 tblspn chopped finely
Garlic – 1 tblspn chopped finely
Spring Onion White Part – 2 chopped
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
Carrot – 1 juliened
Carrot – 1 juliened
Bell Pepper – 1 juliened
Noodles – 150 grams
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Spring Onion Green Part – 2 chopped
Method:
Bring water to a boil, add salt and 1 tsp oil. Now add in noodles and cook till done. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, spring onion white part, chillies and saute for a min.
Add in carrot and bell pepper, along with salt and sugar and toss well.
Now add in all sauces and mix well.
Add noodles and stir fry on high heat for 5 to 7 mins.
Add pepper and spring onion green. Mix well.
