How lovely to see your wholesome South Indian dishes ;these days all the attention's hogged by unhealthy Western junk food! Just a suggestion here- if convenient, please do put in a snap of the dals separated (rather than mixed together) so that it's easier to identify. The fault is mine as some of the supermarkets where I live simply label it as 'Lentils' & I haven't a clue about what to buy. Thanks & keep cooking!
