Eggless Sweet French Toast – Easy Breakfast Ideas

If you are a non-egg eaters and you love to have a perfect french toast without eggs then this one is the answer. This is really so quick to make, just whip up few things together and make this awesome toast.

Along with this toast or with our morning meal amma always tells us to eat some dates which gives you iron and helps to rise your hemoglobin and purify your blood..

Now coming back to this dish..I usually don’t like to have sweet stuffs for breakfast, but somedays when I have a craving for my sweet tooth then this one will be the answer. It is really easy to make and extremely tasty. I love to use butter to toast this one, but you could use tiny bit of oil to do it.So without any more delay off you go to the step by step recipe with pictures.

Bread – 4 slices
Sugar- 2 tblspn or to taste
Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
Milk-1 cup / 250 ml
Custard Powder-3 tblspn
Butter – 1 tblspn

In a shallow bowl add custard powder, sugar, milk and vanilla essence and mix well. Mix this nicely so that there is no lumps.

Now take one slice of bread and dip it in the mixture not more than 5 seconds and turn it over and do the same.

Heat butter in a tawa and put this bread in it.

Cook for 2 mins on one side and flip it over. Cook for another 2 mins on other side too.

Serve hot with some butter smeared on top or drizzle some honey or jam and enjoy as it is.

Take all your ingrediants
take sugar, custard powder, vanilla in a bowl

add milk and mix well

mix well so that there is no lumps

dip bread in this

on other side too
melt some butter

put the bread in this

and toast on both sides

Serve with a blob of butter

Enjoy with a glass of milk...

What a perfect way to start a day
