Avocado Milkshake Recipe


Avocado Milkshake is just wonderful..I loved it so much. First time when i made it i added milk in it. It was so yummy. The second time i added just cold water in it and loved that too..Since avocado is creamy on its own, you dont need milk in it, so it is even more healthy. But sugar is very important, because avocado is normally very bland.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Serves : 3

Ingredients:

Ripe Avocado - 1 
Milk - 2 cup or as needed
Sugar - 4 to 5 tblspn or to taste

Method:

Cut open a avocado scoop the flesh and cut it into small pieces.

Take all the ingredients in a blender and make it into a puree.

Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Press on the top to see whether it is ripe..If you press it, it should be soft

cut them open



remove the seed



use a spoon to scoop the flesh



chop them up

take it in a blender

add  sugar

pour in milk

make it into a smooth puree

serve cold

  1. A variety of avocado milk shake....adding walnuts or almonds while blending. And adding honey instead of sugar.

  4. Avacado smoothie is our eberydat beakfast .Could add honey instead of sugar to give a better taste also I add strawberries.sometimes I replace half milk by oghurt or coconut milk /almond milk.Can also add chocolate (I don't bcoz Like to avoid chocolate in breakfast but it's tasty).
