Preparation Time : 10 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 6 to 8 Fried Icecream

Vanilla Icecream - 1/2 liter (use good quality)
Cornflakes - 1 cup
Cookies or Biscuits - 5 to 6
Cornflour - 1.5 tblspn
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil for deep frying
Whipped Cream as needed for decorating
Chocolate sauce as needed for decorating
Cherries or any Fruits for serving

Scoop icecream on a foil lined plate and pop it freezer for 3 to 4 hours till completely frozen.

Mix cornflour with milk and set aside. Take cornflakes and biscuit in a blender and blend coarsely. Take this in a plate and set aside.

Now take icecream and coat it in the crumbs and dip it in cornflour milk and coat it again in crumbs and pop it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

Now before frying, heat oil and prepare plate for serving by decorating it with cream and chocolate sauce and fruits.

Now take one icecream ball from freezer in a slotted spoon and dip it once in oil. Remove it immediately and place onto a serving plate.

Top with cream and cherries and serve immediately

First take a tub of vanilla icecream..Use good quality ones

use a icecream scoop the scoop the icecream

arrange it in a foil lined plate

pop it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours till frozen

Now lets get ready for dipping and drenching

you need some cookies and cornflakes for outer coating

i used my homemade cookies

take them in a blender

add cornflakes

powder them coarsely

take them in a plate

set aside

now for dipping the icecream..You can use a egg for this..

add some cornflour to milk and mix well

set aside

take the frozen icecream and coat it in the have to work pretty fast..

once it is coated

take it from can freeze them if it starts to melt

dip them in milk mix

remove them

coat them again in crumbs

roll them well

put them in a plate

pop it in freezer have to freeze them atleast 3 hours
now time for frying..heat oil in a deep pan, because we will be dipping the icecream ball just once in this, so there should be enough room in the pan

I whipped some cream and filled a piping bag with it..This step is optiona

pipe the cream onto a serving plate

take some chocolate sauce
drizzle it all over the plate

you can top with some cherries or add some fresh fruits

now take the icecream balls from freezer, just take one ball and pop the rest in freezer

take it in a slotted spoon

dip it in hot oil

just like this

now remove it immediately

put it in serving plate

Pipe some more cream on top

place a cherry on top

serve immediately..

  2. This is our ever time favourite desert Arthi. Very well done dear. Need a bit more perfection on shaping the Icecream as a ball. Layering trice gives more tastier too. The more we layer , the more it crispy. Need lot of patience to make this, but it worth a lot. Yum yum 😋😋

  3. please mention what type of cookie to be used.i dont have homemade cookies

  4. @Anonymousyou can use any biscuits..storebought plain biscuits, milkbikis, goodday like that
