This is one recipe which i came across recently when i searched for leftover roti recipes. I found this really interesting and tried it the next day itself. And guess what it was delicious, i totally loved it.

This is so easy to make, it is basically torn up chapatis cooked in a tomato garlic sauce. I enjoyed it to much piping hot..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

  1. This is what I generally make when I have left over rotis.... As a tip spread mint coriander green chutney on rotis and instead of breaking them, take roti in your hand spread chutney turn to half again spread chutney and turn one fourth put it that way.. the resulting flavour will be amazing....
