Moong Sprouts & Pomegranate Kosambari Recipe

This is one quick and healthy salad which i made few days back. It was very cooling and refreshing, i loved it so much. If you are on diet, you can have a bowl of this for lunch, it keeps you filling for a long time. This is a cooling and tasty salad.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves: 2 to 4


Pomegranate - 1 cup
Moong Sprouts - 1 cup (Recipe here)
Thick Yogurt / Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala Powder as needed


Mix curd, salt, sugar in a bowl. 

Take sprouts, pomegranate in a bowl, pour yogurt mix over it and mix well. 

Add in chat masala and mix well.

Serve cold.

grab a pomegranate

deseed it

Add in moong sprouts (recipe here)

add yogurt mix

mix well

sprinkle over some chat masala

mix well
