Avocado Chia Pudding Recipe - No Cook Pudding Recipes with Step wise pictures.

Healthy avocado chia pudding which is perfect for breakfast or as a after lunch desert. It is one of my favourite pudding recipe.

Avocado is just wonderful. I love it so much. First time when i made this i added water in it. It was good. The second time i added milk  in it and loved that too. Since avocado is creamy on its own, you dont need to add milk in it if you want, so it is even more healthy. But honey is very important, because avocado is normally very bland.

I added some almond milk in this recipe since i liked it so much. If you want to add soy milk, regular milk or just water you can go ahead and use that too.

I have quite a few avocado recipes in my blog. You can check it here.

Do you know! Chia seeds has as much calcium as a glass of milk, more Omega-3s than a serving of walnuts, as many antioxidants as blueberries. It is one of the highly nutritious seed.

    Chia seeds contains,

    • Essential Fatty Acids
    • Protein
    • Vitamins A, B, E and D
    • Minerals like calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, manganese, niacin, thiamine, and others
    • Antioxidants

This pudding gets its texture with the addition of chia seeds. Chia seeds creates a gel like texture when it is soaked in any liquid. It absorbs all the liquid and swells up. You can check my fig chia jam recipe.
