Badam Milk
“BADAM”,I can eat it all by itself. But sometimes you need a change..Right???…So make this Drink,It is delicious..It is great for a party or any special occasion…It can be served Hot or Cold..But I think it is super delicious when served chilled. It is great for Summer Season when it is hot outside,You want a cold drink always in fridge…Make this in large quantity and Keep it in the fridge..When ever you want it just have a glass of it.Thats it..Yummy…

Ingrediants:
Badam-25
Milk-1 ltr
Sugar-1 cup or to taste
Saffron or Lemon yellow food colouring-a pinch
Rose water-1 tsp
Method:
Soak Badam in hot water for 15 min.Drain it and the skin will just slip off easily from it.Grind this badam along with ½ cup of milk to a fine paste.
Boil the milk in sauce pan.Add the badam paste and sugar to it.Mix it and simmer it for 15-20 min.
Add in the food colouring and rose water to it and switch off the flame.Let it cool down.
Serve Hot or Cold as per your wish.
Note:
1)Sometimes this mix can get a little thicker,At that time just mix some more milk and sugar to taste while serving.

2)You could add chopped Badam to this..if you want a little bite of badam in between.
