How to Make Beetroot Sabzi
- Soak moong dal for 1 hour.Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and urad dal. Let them sizzle.
- Add beetroot and saute them for a while. Add in moong dal and mix well. Pour little water and cover it with a lid. Cook this for 15 mins till dal is cooked.
- Add chilli powder and salt and mix well.
- Serve.
