This is one of the most requested recipe in my blog. And this is my all time favourite recipe as well. I love the garlic creamy sauce recipe a lot. I love it with grilled chicken, sandwiches, as dipping sauce, anything you name it, i love to dig into this..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 15 mins
Makes : 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

Garlic – 1/4 cup peeled
Mashed Potato – 2 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
Oil – 1/2 cup

Method:

Take garlic, potato, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a mixer and make it into a smooth puree.

Transfer this into a bowl and add oil slowly while you keep on whisking.

I used a handblender for this. It made my job easy.

Now it will get thick and creamy. Chill this for 30 mins in fridge.

Use accordingly or store in a air tight container in fridge.

Notes:
1) Add oil slowly and keep whipping till it gets creamy.
2)It can be stored in air tight container in fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Pictorial:
Take all your ingredients
take garlic in a blender
add in ,mashed potato
and some lemon juice
add little salt and pepper
blend it into a smooth puree
pour this into a bowl
whisk it lightly
drizzle oil little by little
i switched to a hand blender and whipped it
it will start to emulsify
drizzle little more oil
keep whipping
drizzle little more oil
whip again
it will get nice and fluffy
done..chill this for 30 mins before using
Enjoy

    Hi Aarthi,

Very nice recipe. Was wondering if we can use this sauce for pasta as base?

    Thanks.
