    Cream Cheese Pinwheels

    Pinwheels are super easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. I spread vegetable cream cheese mixture on tortilla and wrapped it. It turned out to be delicious. If you are planning for a party then this would make a great snack or appetizer.

    How to Make Cream Cheese Pinwheels

    • Mix cream cheese, peppers, onions, coriander leaves, spring onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
    • Lay a tortilla, spread the cheese filling on top. Spread evenly.
    • Start rolling it tight.
    • Put this in fridge for 1 hour. You can wrap this in plastic wrap before putting in fridge.
    • Slice it into rounds.
    • Serve.

    TIPS & TRICKS

    • Use corn tortilla, whole wheat tortilla as you like.
    • Make this a day ahead and store in fridge until needed.
    • You can add grated carrots in this as well.
    • If you would like to use cucumbers. Grate them. Squeeze them well to remove excess water and add.
    • Cooked shredded chicken can be used as well.
    • If you like you can add finely chopped cold cuts as well

    Ingredients

    • 2 to 4 Piece Flour Tortillas
    • 1 cup Cream Cheese
    • ¼ cup Red Capsicum chopped
    • ¼ cup Green Capsicum chopped
    • ¼ cup Onions chopped
    • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
    • 1 Spring onions chopped
    • 1 tsp Garlic grated
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients given except tortilla.
    • Lay a tortilla, spread the cheese filling on top. Spread evenly.
    • Start rolling it tight.

    1)Take cream cheese in a bowl.

    2)Add in finely chopped onions

    3)Add in finely chopped red capsicum

    4)Add in finely chopped yellow one

    5)Add in some chopped spring onions too.

    6)I like to add some grated garlic too

    7)Add in finely chopped coriander leaves

    8)You could add any vegetables in this.

    9)Add in some salt a well
