    10 Lockdown Porridge Recipe

    1)Cumin Porridge Recipe

    Healthy matta rice porridge with jeera flavour. This rice porridge is so easy to make and is easy to digest as well.

    Jeeraka Kanji Recipe
    2)Ragi Rice Porridge
    This nutritious ragi rice or kanji is not only easy to make but is very healthy for you. Make this atleast once a week.
    3)Summer Porridge
    Healthy and cooling made using rice and green gram with all yummy stuffs. This taste best with some spicy thogayal. Taste so refreshing.
    4)Sweet Urad Dal Porridge
    Healthy and tasty sweet version of ulundu kanji which is highly nutritious. This is so good either on its own or with some chutney or pickle.
    5)Bajra Porridge
    Healthy bajra koozh which taste so refreshing and it very cooling for this summer time. This is such a healthy way to start your day.

    6)Garlic Milk Porridge
    This is one recipe which i got from my perimma. She gave it to me and mom when i had my baby. It is a best post pregnancy for lactating moms. It increases the supply of breast milk.
    7)Millet Urad dal Porridge
    Kanji takes place atleast once in a week in my house. Normally it will be ulundu kanji or this wheat ulundu kanji.
    8)Ramadan Nombu Kanji
    Popular made around ramadan season. It has vegetables, meat of your choice and coconut milk.
    9)Varagu Kanji
    Healthy made using millet.
    10)Broken Matta Rice Porridge
    Broken Matta Rice with Step by Step Pictures. This porridge taste amazing with some coconut chutney.
