Grape Juice
I love this juice not only for its taste but for the great colour. This juice gives you a immediate refreshment after a tiring day.Grapes are rich in antioxidant,so what you are drinking is a cup full of antioxidant.Use seedless grapes for this because if you are using the other grapes the seeds may turn bitter while blending and also try to use black grapes if you use white grapes you wont get this colour.
Ingrediants:
Seedless Black Grapes-1 cup
Sugar-2 tblspn
Lemon juice-1 tblspn
Ice cubes
Method:
In a blender put grapes, sugar, lemon juice, ice cubes and blend it till smooth.
Use a large holed sieve to strain the juice and use a spoon to press the pulp and extract as much juice as possible.
Pour in a glass and serve chilled.
Pictorial:

Add in a blender
Squeeze some lemon juice
Make a puree
