Rice and some type of spicy gravies are a common one in a southindian home. We make it daily at home, I love to try different types of gravies so we wont get bored having the same thing again and again. Yesterday i tried this kara kulambu recipe and served it with raw banana podimas, Everyone loved it a lot.I added drumstick and brinjal in this. But you could add any veggies as you like.

The characters of this gravy is sour, spicy, creamy with little bit of sweetness which makes this a awesome kulambu. I am planning to try out more.. I have heard about a recipe called as chettinaad kara kulambu, i dont know how it will taste like, but i think it taste pretty good. Will try that in the coming future..So stay tune for it..

I leave you with the recipe, tomorrow i have a special baked recipe to share with you all, So stay tuned..

I made it today! It wasn't really very spicy - after all, it only had two chilies and some sambal. And it's a pity that I didn't have fresh coconut at hand, so it wasn't as creamy as yours. But we still liked it. I have to try more of your brinjal kulambu recipes.
