    Karamani sweet snack with step by step pictures. Karamani, Jaggery and coconut snack is a nutritious rich snack.

    When we were little my mom used to make this snack for us. This is just boiled karamani mixed with jaggery and coconut. It is a protein rich snack for kids.

    You can boil karamani easily in a pressure cooker.

    Ingredients
      

    • Cooked karamani black eyed peas - 3 cups
    • Jaggery or karupatti to taste
    • Fresh coconut as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all ingredients together till combined and serve.
