Karamani sweet snack with step by step pictures. Karamani, Jaggery and coconut snack is a nutritious rich snack.

When we were little my mom used to make this snack for us. This is just boiled karamani mixed with jaggery and coconut. It is a protein rich snack for kids.

You can boil karamani easily in a pressure cooker.

Karamani Sweet Snack Recipe

Karamani Sweet Snack has three ingredients. It has boiled karamani, jaggery and coconut. Very healthy and nutritious snack.

  • Cooked karamani black eyed peas - 3 cups
  • Jaggery or karupatti to taste
  • Fresh coconut as needed
