Karamani sweet snack with step by step pictures. Karamani, Jaggery and coconut snack is a nutritious rich snack.
When we were little my mom used to make this snack for us. This is just boiled karamani mixed with jaggery and coconut. It is a protein rich snack for kids.
You can boil karamani easily in a pressure cooker.

- Cooked karamani (black eyed peas) - 3 cups
- Jaggery or karupatti to taste
- Fresh coconut as needed
- Mix all ingredients together till combined and serve.
1)Boiled karamani / Perum payaru
2)Add in jaggery or karupatti
3)Add in freshly grated coconut
