Let chia seed bloom : Before making the drink, soak the chia seeds in water for about 2 hours. This helps them bloom and form a gel-like texture, which makes them easy to digest and better for your gut.

Stir to avoid clumps : Chia seeds tend to stick together. Stir them well after adding to prevent clumping and get a smooth texture.

Flavor variation : To enhance the taste, you can add refreshing ingredients like mint leaves, berry syrup or coconut water for added flavour and nutrients.

Storage : After preparing, you can store the lemon chia drink in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 days in a glass jar. Before serving, give it a good stir, since chia seeds settle at the bottom.

Serving : Serve this lemon chia drink with ice cubes for a refreshing taste. You can also add lemon slices, mint leaves for extra flavour.
