Hot Brownies and Cold Vanilla Ice cream" is "Marriage made in Heaven". I want you all to try this one specially with some ice cream.

    About M & M Brownies

Brownies are my favorite dessert of all time. I make them quite often as well. My all time favorite combination is brownies with ice cream. This brownies is M&M brownies which is made with basic ingredients like butter, sugar, cocoa, flour and eggs.

I used Indian candy gems, you can use M&M's too.

    M&M Brownies Ingredients

All Purpose Flour - I used plain flour also known as maida for making this brownies. You can use whole wheat flour too.

Unsalted Butter - It is important to use unsalted butter in baking. Since salted butter can make everything too salty.

Sugar - I used plain refined sugar for this recipe. Using brown sugar may alter the texture of the brownies.

Cocoa - use the finest quality cocoa powder for this recipe. it enhances the flavour of the brownies and makes it more chocolaty.

M&M - be generous with the candy as it adds pop of colour and taste.

Eggs - there is no alternative to eggs, you need eggs to achieve the texture and taste.

How to Make M&M Brownies (Stepwise pictures)

Added to my must make list. I have all of the ingredients on hand. Will be making these for my son as "potty training" treats. Hopefully these brownies will help with this long drawn out process. Haha!
