    Coffee Whipped Cream Recipe with Step by Step Pictures. Creamy and thick frosting made with instant coffee powder and sugar to create this icing like texture.

    One mail which i often get is, How to make frosting without butter or cream. When i made dalgona coffee.The first thing which came into my mind is using it as frosting. When i tried it, it was delicious. I will share the recipe of it soon.

    About Coffee Whipped Cream (whipped coffee)

    Love a good coffee flavoured frosting made without cream, butter or icing sugar. This coffee whipped cream or whipped coffee is your answer. 

    Luscious frosting made with just coffee, sugar, hot water. All you need is an electric beater to get the consistency right.

    No Butter, No Cream Frosting taste amazing when decorated over cakes. This coffee whipped cream taste amazing.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
    • 8 tablespoon Sugar
    • 1½ tablespoon Hot Water

    Instructions
     

    • Take coffee, sugar, hot water in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Use a hand blender to whip this till it gets light and fluffy. It will take around 3 to 5 mins.
    • You can use this as frosting for any cake.

    Coffee Whipped Cream Recipe with Step by Step Pictures

    1)Take instant coffee powder

    2)Add it in a bowl

    3)I used my favorite instant coffee

    4)Add in sugar. I used powdered sugar.

    5)You can add as per your taste

    6)Add in boiling hot water

    7)I stirred it a little so sugar melts

    8)Now get your beater

    9)Beat till fluffy and light

    10)It will get thick and fluffy

    11)Hand blender is best

    12)Now it is thick and stiff just like whipped cream

    13)Yummy Frosting is done. Creamy flavoured frosting.

      Wow.... How did this turn to frosting without any ingredients which is needed for frosting.... What a magic! What's the concept behind this? Can we able to make plain whipped cream without coffee powder.... Pls let me know aarthi.... Thanks in advance

        no coffee is what makes it fluffy. so you cannot skip it.

        Yes u can
        For vanilla whipped cream
        3 cups powdered sugar
        1/3 cup butter, softened
        1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
        1 to 2 tablespoons milk

        you can use granulated sugar. i just powdered normal sugar and used it.
