Valentine day is Close and hope you have started preparing surprise for your loved one..I am gonna start this celebration with one of Nigella’s recipe because her recipe never fail right..This is one of that which is totally spectacular. When I saw this recipe on her cooking show, I decided to make it atonce. But I couldn’t find strawberry in my place at that moment,so I put back this recipe in my to do list. Now it is summer here and fresh juicy strawberries and arriving in the market, so I thought this is the perfect time to whip up this goodness…

The result is pretty amazing, me and my sister finished it in no minute..I will recommend you to try this recipe as soon as possible..You can serve the French toast as it is, it will be great..But if you want to make it even more special for your loved one, you can make the sauce to go along with it.I am damn sure that your loved one will love it..This recipe is a kid of romantic one to enjoy with your loved one..But I had it with my sister, since my fiancée is far away..HE HE..
The strawberry sauce which I made was a total hit in my house..The orginal recipe called for a spritz of lemon juice, since my strawberries were tart enough I didn’t use anything..We had some leftover sauce, which we topeed over vanilla icecream and it was heaven.
So hope you like it and let me know what you think..I will be back with more special recipe for this occasion..

Heat a pan with butter and when it is hot add this bread in that..Cook till golden on both sides.

Definitely, a nice recipe. I knew french toast before, but I have never made them. The sauce it's delicious. Here in Spain strawberries are already in the markets. I copy the recipe and add it to my favourites. I'll continue visiting your site but it's not easy to me to find some of the ingredients here. Best wishes from Valencia 🙂
