No Bake Chocolate Lasagna Recipe

Here i am delivering you my chocolate heaven..It is creamy, rich and very very chocolaty desert..

This taste so yummy. it was little dense but still creamy and tasty.. This has a buttery biscuit as the base and a luscious chocolate creamy filling which is then topped with a thick layer of cream. Really yummy. Hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you.

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Chilling Time : Overnight
Serves: 6 to 8


Ingredients:


For Base:
Chocolate Cream Biscuits – 20
Butter – 50 grams

For Custard Filling:
Milk – 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Custard Powder – 2 tblspn
Cocoa Powder – 2 tblspn
Dark Chocolate – 1 cup chopped
Sugar – 1/2 cup

For Topping:
Heavy Cream – 1 cup
Confectioners Sugar – 1 tblspn

Method:

Start by making the base. take biscuits in a blender and powder finely. Take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well. Spoon most of this in a pan and flatten it. Put this in fridge to set.Set aside some of this for topping.

Take custard powder, cocoa powder in a bowl and add in 1/4 cup of milk and mix well. Set aside.

Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Now add in the custard powder mix and whisk well. Whisk till creamy and thick. Remove it from heat and set aside to cool a bit.

Now whip up some cream with confectioners sugar till thick. Add half of the cream in the cooled custard mix and fold gently.

Now take base from fridge and spoon the custard mix over it. Spread evenly.

Top with the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with the reserved topping.

Put this in fridge overnight.

Slice and serve.

flatten it gently, don’t pat too hard
now lets make filling, take custard powder 
add cocoa powder
add milk and mix well
set aside
take milk in a sauce pan
add sugar to it
bring it to a boil
add custard mix
mix well
cook till it thickens
now add in chopped dark chocolate
whisk, the heat will melt the chocolate
I took some cream and added some icing sugar to it and whipped till thick
add few dollops in the custard
mix gently
spoon this over the base
spread evenly
top with cream
spread evenly
take the reserved topping
sprinkle all over the top..chill for few hours
Slice and serve

    I am trying to view your recipes but there is this BMW ad that shows on both sides of the page and covers half of your page… I am not able to see the recipes clearly.. Could you please look into this issue? Thank you in advance… vidya
