    Peanut Butter Cake Balls

I cook a lot, i mean A LOT..And I don't waste any food at all, i hate that. I cant even throw away a small piece of veggie. Don't even throw away the cake crumbs which we get when decorating the cake. I collect them in a container and stick them in freezer so i can make my cake pops anytime i crave something sweet. Apart from cake pops this is my all time favourite.

    About this Recipe

Cake balls are small spheres of reconstituted cake crumbs that have been dipped in chocolate or frosted with frosting. They're made by combining cake crumbs and icing, shaping them into balls, and then dipping them in a coating like melted chocolate. To avoid waste, cake balls were originally made from the crumbs of leftover or stale cake.

Peanut butter is a food paste or spread made from dry-roasted ground peanuts. It frequently contains additives that alter the taste or texture, such as salt, sweeteners, or emulsifiers. Many countries consume peanut butter. The United States is a major exporter of peanut butter and one of the world's largest per capita consumers of
peanut butter. In the United States, January 24 is National Peanut Butter Day. When it comes to the rich, enticing flavours of chocolate and the sweet, nutty flavours of peanut butter, the two are essentially a flavour power couple.

I had lots of cake crumbs leftover from my barbie cake, i was thinking what to make with them, then i thought how about putting some peanut butter and nutella in them and shape it into balls. I know it will taste great..Few weeks back i made this, i also added some chocolate chips and candied fruits too.

My barbie cake was pink and strawberry flavour, even though it didn't affect the taste of this at all, it tasted wonderful. Can you imagine how a chocolate cake crumbs and vanilla cake crumbs will taste in this. it will be divine.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

I Love them! I omitted the sugar and candied fruit as I do not have a very sweet taste and used cacao nibs instead of chocolate chips. They are truly delicious
