    About Palm Fruit

    Palm fruit looks like jelly. It has a natural jelly like texture. Jelly palm fruit is often eaten fresh, off the tree, though its name comes from the most common preparation for these small fruits.

    It is called as ice apple, palm fruit, nungu or jelly palm.

    Refreshing nungu rose milk is made using fresh palm fruit. Milk, palm fruit, sugar, rose milk extract is added to create this.

    If you don't have rose milk extract, you could use some rose extract and pink colour.

    • 2 cups Milk
    • 4 tbsp Sugar
    • Rose Milk Essence few drops
    • 1 cup Nungu | Ice Apple | Palm Fruit

    Instructions
     

    • Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan.
    • Add in rosemilk essence and mix well.
    • Add in nungu and mix well.
    • Serve cold.
