|Mexican Salsa with Homemade Tortilla chips|
Chips and Salsa is possibly the cutest combination in food..I love it any time of the day..This is indeed very healthy dish too..But it is terribly easy to make..I served this with Homemade Baked Tortilla chips..This chips is very easy to make,Take out some homemade tortilla’s(click here for recipe) and cut into wedges...Drizzle it with oil, salt, pepper and bake it in a very very hot oven till crispy (keep a eye on it,it will get burned soon),Take it out and let it cool completely before serving..You could also serve this with refried beans(check this for recipe)... I send this recipe to Blogging Marathan Day 1 with the theme “Regional Special”..
This also goes to A.W.E.D event-Theme Mexico guest hosted by Smita from My Tasty Treats. This event is originally started by Chef In You.Hope you try this and let me know what you think..
