    About Dulce De Leche

Dulce de leche is also known as caramelized milk. Traditionally milk and sugar is left on stove to cook for many hours until it get caramel like texture. It is served with toast, or used in many desserts.

There are many versions of making this, the one which i tried is in pressure cooker because it is time saving, efficient and easy. If you don't have a pressure cooker put the can in a sauce pan, cover it with water and boil it for 2 to 3 hours. But i found this method is quick to make.

And the colour of the ddl you want totally depends on the time you cook them, The more you simmer the pot the more thick and dark it gets. But in my opinion 30 mins is perfect.
