“Homemade Dulce De Leche made easily at home with just a can of condensed milk.”

This was on my mind for a very long time. I always wanted to taste this, i have seen this many blogs and all through the internet and colour of that made me to try it immediately and wanted to taste it..And i am telling it is just delicious, so good..I am a big fan of all things caramel and this one rocked the spot..

There are many versions of making this, the one which i tried is in pressure cooker because it is time saving, efficient and easy. If you dont have a pressure cooker put the can in a sauce pan, cover it with water and boil it for 2 to 3 hours. But i found this method is quick to make.. And the colour of the ddl you want totally depends on the time you cook them, The more you simmer the pot the more thick and dark it gets. But in my opinion 30 mins is perfect.Dont have a pressure cooker, No worries..For other options check these blogsSauce Pan Dulce de Leche

Will be sharing so many recipe using this, keep checking it..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

you never remove the whistle of a hot pressure cooker unless you want an accident and a mess to happen…
