I made this curry last week and served it along with malli rasam. It was totally a yummy meal. The combination of potato and capsicum goes well together. There is no much spice powders. The flavour comes from crushed garlic and some cumin seeds. I used garlic cloves with skin on, so it doesn’t get burn and i love the taste of this. So try it and let me know how it turns out.
