Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe / Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

I love banana cake, i have already posted a recipe here..But this is a health variation of that. It has no butter, it is made with wheat flour and it has sunflower seeds and cashewnuts in this is like super food. Plus it is eggless. In my opinion, banana cake dont need eggs, because of the bananas the cake stays together and the texture will be soft. Any how i will share banana cake with eggs soon..

Check my other cake recipes too..You will love my orange cake and lemon cake too..

The recipe calls for sunflower seeds and luckily i had them on hand, i bought couple of big packets of them during my last trip to supermarket. I got them because i thought i would add them to my granola..But it is optional, you can leave it out or simply add flax seeds or whatever seed you have on hand.

So give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
