Chocolate Banana Mug Cake Recipe
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Mashed Banana
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- Take banana, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add in flour and baking powder and mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
- Pop it in a greased microwave safe bowl and pop it in microwave at high power and cook for 2 mins.
- Remove it and let it stand for 2 mins.
- My microwave has a high power of 800 watts, if i t is more adjust the time accordingly.
- Add some white chocolate chips for making this as triple chocolate cake.
- Don't over bake the cake, else it will get dry.
- Use good quality chocolate and cocoa powder.
- Serve this warm with cold vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for best taste.
- You can use the same bowl which you use to mix the batter for baking.
