    All Purpose Flour / Maida

All-purpose flour can be used for a variety of tasks, including baking, cooking, coating meats and vegetables, and thickening sauces and gravies. To manufacture all-purpose flour, a blend of hard wheat (which has more gluten) and soft wheat is crushed together.

    Mashed Banana

It contains a lot of dietary fibre, which may lower your risk of heart disease. It can help reduce stress because it is a good source of potassium. Potassium is a mineral that is required to regulate water balance, acidity, and blood pressure. Our bodies benefit from the natural antacid effect of banana puree.
