Hi aarthi, wanna let you know that i got admired by all ur posts 🙂 Now, here is my doubt. I tried preparing rice porridge to give it to my 1 yr daughter. But failing in very first step. Rice is not puffed instead its being roasted and changes its color to brown. Rice is well dried. Don't know what mistake is there. Please help me.

You have to roast it on a low heat. It wont get super puffed. it will get crispy and little bigger in size.
