Mexican Salsa with Homemade Tortilla chips
Chips and Salsa is possibly the cutest combination in food..I love it any time of the day..This is indeed very healthy dish too..But it is terribly easy to make..I served this with Homemade Baked Tortilla chips..This chips is very easy to make,Take out some homemade tortilla’s(click here for recipe) and cut into wedges…Drizzle it with oil, salt, pepper and bake it in a very very hot oven till crispy (keep a eye on it,it will get burned soon),Take it out and let it cool completely before serving..You could also serve this with refried beans(check this for recipe)… .

Ingrediants:
Tomato-4 chopped
Onion- ¼ chopped
Coriander leaves-4 tblpsn
Garlic-2 cloves
Jalapeno pepper or green chilli-1 chopped
Lemon juice-1 tblspn
Olive oil-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method:
In a food processor add onion, garlic, tomatoes, coriander leaves, jalapenos and pulse till it gets to the right texture..
Tip this into a bowl add salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mix well.
Serve with Tortilla Chips or any Mexican dish.
Pictorial:
