    Ingredients
      

    • Cooked Noodlles - 2 cups
    • Sooji / Rava - 1 cup
    • Yogurt / Curd - ½ cup
    • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Onion - 1 chopped finely
    • Green chillies - 2 chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves - ¼ cup chopped
    • Oil as needed

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all ingredients. Set aside for 10 mins.
    • Heat a tawa. make dosa. Drizzle oil and cook. Flip over and cook.
    • Serve hot with chutney.

    1)Take cooked noodles in a bowl. I used soba noodles

    3)Add in yogurt or curd

    4)Mix well

    5)Add water

    6)Add in turmeric powder, cumin powder and pepper powder

    7)Add in chopped onions, coriander leaves and green chillies

    9)Spoon this into the pan

    10)Drizzle oil around the sides
