Looks delicious! How strong is the coffee flavor in the final dish?
What a wake up cake!!!! mmmm
Matt @ FaveDiets…Coffee flavour is pretty strong in this ..Because i love a strong coffee and chocolate flavour..You can make a light coffee to pour over top if you love a mild flavour..
what a beautiful recipe Aarthi. I had attempted something similar with pears included but it ended up becoming more like cake and less like pudding, will follow ur measurements and try again
Thanks
Was delicious was it not.

how can i reduce the coffee flavour here??becoz i lyk it to b mild, but how can i reduce the coffee flavour and can i chill it and serve? thanks sissy:)
@uma mahireduce the amount of coffee powder you use. yes u can chill and serve. But it taste best when had warm or hot.
In your recipes u genearlly mention whether it is wheat flour or maida. In this one and in some others I was reading like badam cookies, u havent clarified which flour. Please suggest
@deepsIt is all purpose flour..In my old post, when i mention flour it is all purpose flour which is maida
hi, I have a recpie and the quantities i have for the same recipe is the same as yours except for the timing — mine says 40 mins and you say 20 mins , becoz I do not want to open the oven after 20mins incase it is not cooked s,.pl let me know.
Should the pudding be fan forced or on regular bake?
one more thing, mine says, I can sprinkle the cocoa and sugar at the bottom, top with batter and then pour the hot water on top — seems ok to me but I am confused as I am doing it for the first time Can u help? I really want to make this one.
U can bake it in normal bake. dont change anything, the cocoa and sugar should be in the top so it bakes properly
thnks, turned out well.
