Matt @ FaveDiets…Coffee flavour is pretty strong in this ..Because i love a strong coffee and chocolate flavour..You can make a light coffee to pour over top if you love a mild flavour..

hi, I have a recpie and the quantities i have for the same recipe is the same as yours except for the timing — mine says 40 mins and you say 20 mins , becoz I do not want to open the oven after 20mins incase it is not cooked s,.pl let me know.
Should the pudding be fan forced or on regular bake?
one more thing, mine says, I can sprinkle the cocoa and sugar at the bottom, top with batter and then pour the hot water on top — seems ok to me but I am confused as I am doing it for the first time Can u help? I really want to make this one.

U can bake it in normal bake. dont change anything, the cocoa and sugar should be in the top so it bakes properly
