This is one of the main dish which is made on ugadi. I made it yesterday and thought of sharing it immediately. But couldn’t find time to do it..So i am sharing it now..HAPPY UGADI EVERYONE…

Ingredients:
Raw Mango – 1 peeled and chopped very finely
Tamarind – 1 lemon size
Jaggery – 3 to 4 tblspn
Neem flower – 1.5 tblspn
Green Chilli – 2 chopped finely
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Method:
Soak tamarind in water for 10 mins. Squeeze and extract the juice.
Now take that juice in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness and salt.
Chill for few hours and serve.

take tamarind pulp in a bowl, add more water as needed |
add jaggery |
add green chilli |

add in neem flower..you can use fresh or dried |
mix well |
add mangoes |
Mix well. let it sit in fridge for few hours before serving |
