This is one of the main dish which is made on ugadi. I made it yesterday and thought of sharing it immediately. But couldn't find time to do it..So i am sharing it now..HAPPY UGADI EVERYONE.

Ingredients for Ugadi Pachadi
- Raw Mango - 1 peeled and chopped very finely
- Tamarind - 1 lemon size
- Jaggery - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Neem flower - 1.5 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
How to make Ugadi Pachadi
- Soak tamarind in water for 10 mins. Squeeze and extract the juice.
- Now take that juice in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness and salt.
- Chill for few hours and serve.
