I have recently started loving the mango yogurt which you get in shops. So i decided to try it at home and it turned out just how i wanted. So delicious.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 2 hours
Serves: 1 or 2
Yogurt - 1 cup (you will get ½ cup of hung curd)
Ripe Mango - 1 large peeled and chopped
Sugar - 1 tblspn or to taste
Saffron a pinch
Take yogurt in a sieve and put it in fridge under a bowl for 2 hours.
Now take mangoes, sugar, hung curd, saffron in a mixer and puree till smooth.
Pour it into serving glass and chill.
|Place curd in a cheesecloth which is placed over a sieve|
|cover with a plate|
|place in fridge to drain|
|till it is thick and creamy|
|take mangoes in a blender|
|add sugar or honey|
|add the hung curd|
|puree till smooth and thick|
|chill and serve|
