Rose Milk Popsicles Recipe / Rose Popsicles Recipe

You know how much i love popsicles, they have become my latest favourite and addiction too. I am making quite a lot of popsicles these days not only for my blog but also to enjoy on this hot summer days..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 3 to 4 popsicles

Full Fat Milk - 2 cup (Boiled and Cooled)
Sugar - 3 tblspn or more to taste
Rosemilk Essence - Few drops

Mix all the ingredients. Pour it into popsicle mould.

Cover the mould with plastic wrap, make a small slash in the middle, pop a icecream stick in the center.

Freeze overnight. When unmoulding, run the mould under tap water and slowly remove it.

You will need milk, sugar and rosemilk essence

Take boiled and cooled milk in a jug

add in some sugar

add in few drops of rosemilk essence

mix well

Now it is all mixed up nicely

Take your popsicle mould

pour it in

now it is filled

cover it with plastic wrap

once it is completely covered

take a knife and poke a hole in the center

Put a popsicle stick in the center

now time to freeze them

freeze them overnight

now it is frozen

run them under tap water for few sec

remove it carefully

Enjoy before it melts

  1. Should we keep it in freezer or just in fridge?

  2. I tried this today,. But my popsicles stick came out separately even after showing under running water..what would have gone wrong??.. I didn't use full fat milk

  3. @Iswarya Balasubramaniyanthat means you didn't showed it enough under running water. Show it under running water and try to remove the popsicle gently, if you pull it vigourously then the stick will come right off.
