Butter Blossom Cookies Recipe - Hersheys Kisses Butter Cookies Recipe

One of my family friend got me a packet of hersheys kisses, and i enjoyed few of them and reserved some to make this cookies. This type of cookies is called as blossom cookies. I made this today and it was delicious. So good to resist. 

I made a simple eggless three ingredient butter cookies for this. Will soon share few more variation of blossom cookies..So stay tuned.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 15 mins
Makes : 8 to 10 large cookies

All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup ( i used confectioners sugar, you can use normal ones too)
Unsalted Soft Butter - 120 grams / 1/2 cup
Hersheys Kisses - as needed
Water - 1 tsp ( if needed)

(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)


Preheat oven to 160 degree c.

Take butter, sugar in a bowl and whip till creamy. Add in flour and mix till it gets into a soft dough like.

If the dough is too crumbly add a tsp of water and make the dough.

Now divide it into equal balls and shape it into a ball, flatten it and use your finger to form indention. 

Arrange this in a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 12 to 15 mins. I made 8 big cookies using the dough and baked it for 14 mins. If your cookies are small it will take less time so keep a eye on it.

Now remove it from oven and immediately place a unwrapped kisses over it and let it cool.

Now serve.

Take your ingredients

take butter in a bowl

add in sugar..i used confectioner sugar or icing sugar..You can powder regular sugar and add

whip till creamy

add in flour

mix well

take small portion from it

shape it into a smooth ball

flatten it

make a indention

arrange it in a baking tray

bake till done

immediately take your kisses

unwrap it

place it over the cookies

like this...now the heat from cookies will melt the bottom of
the chocolate and make it stick to the cookies
