Chocolate Chikku Mikshake Recipe - Sapota Milkshake Recipe



We often go to a icecream bar and my favorite thing to order there is a milkshake called as chicago. It tasted so yummy, For years i never got what they added there. But later i found that they make that shake with chikoo. I always wanted to try it at home. Last week i found some chikoo fruit lying around, so decided to try it. I added some cocoa powder to this and made it a chocolate flavoured ones.

Vanilla Milkshake

Chocolate Sharjah
Jil Jil Jigarthanda
Chocolate Banana Sharjah
Cold Coffee
Chocolate Mint Milkshake
Avocado Milkshake
Apple Dates Milkshake
Strawberry Milkshake

Preparation Time : 3 to 4 hours
Serves: 2 

Ingredients:


Chikoo / Chikku / Sapota - 4 Peeled, Cubed & Freezed
Cocoa Powder - 2 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cup or as needed
Sugar to taste
Chocolate Topping - 3 tblspn
Icecubes as needed.

Method:


Start by peeling, deseeding and freezing chikoo . Pop them in freezer for 2 to 3 hours or till they are completely frozen. 


Take chikoo and add them to a blender.Add in sugar, cocoa powder, coffee and icecubes.


Pour in milk ,Now blend them to a very smooth shake.


Pour them into glasses and serve immediately. They will like a smooth and creamy shake just like you added icecream in them.

When you are ready to make shake, peel chikoo


chop them..put this in freezer till solid.

now it is frozen


now take a serving glass


take chocolate sauce and drizzle it in the cup


set aside


take frozen chikko in a blender


add in sugar


coffee


cocoa powder


add it in


add in some chocolate sauce






add icecubes


milk


puree till smooth


pour it into serving glass





close with a lid


put a straw
