Homemade Soft Pretzels makes a great snack for kids. Specially freshly baked pretzels are really delicious because it still has its crusty outer texture. Pretzels are my favorite snack apart from bagels.

    Homemade Soft Pretzels Recipe

Pretzels is very new to me. I have never tasted one until couple years back. Got a chance to try this on a dubai trip. I had it with a mustard dip and it was so delicious. Pretzels are just amazing. They have this soft and chewy texture which is perfect. It gives some kind of carb satisfaction. I specially love freshly baked pretzels since it still has its crispy exterior.

    About Pretzels

Pretzels is a german baked pastry in which shaped pastry is poacjhed in boiling water and then baked. It is made from dough that is commonly shaped into a knot. The traditional pretzel shape is long strip of dough intertwined and then twisted back onto itself in a particular way (a pretzel loop or pretzel bow). Today, pretzels come in a wide range of shapes.
