Ingredients for Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Unsalted Soft Butter - 110 grams melted / 8 tbsp
- Granulated Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
- Brown Sugar / Jaggery - ¼ cup / 50 grams
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup / 180 grams
- Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

How to Make Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Take melted butter, brown sugar and normal sugar in a bowl. Add in vanilla and whisk well.
- Now add in eggs and whisk well.
- Add in flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add in chocolate chips and mix well.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions and roll it out. Place it in a baking tray and flatten it lightly.
- Now pop this in oven and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
- Now remove it and let it cool for 10 mins.
- Remove this to a cooling rack and cool completely.
- Serve with milk.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

When I make cookies bottom gets burned easily where as top would be still white. What am I doing wrong?
For preheating I heat top and bottom rods. and for baking just bottom . Is that wrong? Waiting for your response

u have to bake with both elements on.

You have to add baking soda. Baking powder will change the texture.

Is it ok to use salted butter in a recipe that calls for unsalted? Should I alter other ingredients?
