    Healthy cabbage chapati lunch box which includes chapati, chips and egg. This is a balanced lunch box which is easy to make and taste delicious.

    Cabbage Chapati

    Chapati with cabbage, Carrot Chips & Egg with step wise pictures. Healthy lunch box which includes chapati, chips and egg. This is a balanced lunch box which is easy to make and taste delicious. On snacks box it is Jeera Khakhra 

    Today's lunch box
    ---> Cabbage chapati with ketchup
    ---->Carrot chips
    ---->Rolled egg omelette

    I added finely chopped cabbage to atta flour and kneaded to a dough. Made chapati and drizzled with some ghee and rolled. For egg omelette, I added some finely chopped carrots in with the eggs and made rolled egg omelette. You can check my website for the recipe. For carrot chips, I sliced carrot thinly. Coated in cornflour and some salt. Deep-fried till crisp.

    Khakhra is thin wheat crisp. Maha likes it a lot. This lunch box is packed with carb, Fiber, vitamins, fat and protein.

    Ingredients

    FOR CHAPATI:

    • Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
    • Cabbage - ½ cup chopped very finely
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Oil or Ghee for making chapati

    FOR CARROT CHIPS:

    • Carrot - 1 sliced thinly
    • Cornflour - 2 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    • Take flour, cabbage, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add water and knead to a soft dough.
    • Set aside for 10 mins.
    • Divide into small balls.
    • Roll it into chapati.Cook on a hot pan till cooked. Apply oil or ghee when cooking.
    • Now make carrot chips. mix all ingredients except oil.
    • Mix well.
    • Deep fry till crispy. Drain.
    • Serve.

    7)Done. leave it aside for 10 mins.

    8)Take small portion of dough and roll it

    9)Cook on hot pan till cooked

    10)Cook till done.

    11)Slice carrot thinly

    12)Add cornflour

    13)Add salt

    14)Add some water and mix well

    15)Fry this till crispy
