    This has become my favorite juice of all time. I never thought that a bland cucumber can taste this special. Yes it does taste wonderful. I recommend you to give this a shot once. Particularly love the pleasant colour of this cooler, it is so cooling and refreshing.

    The one thing you should do is have this drink very cold, that what makes it. So next time when you have a cucumber salad or something like that, think again.

    About Cucumber Mint Cooler

    Cucumber and mint have natural cooling properties. It makes a great summer ingredients to include in your diet. Usually I make cucumber raita or salad. But this drink has become my latest obsession.

    Cucumber and mint makes the perfect combo for this beverage. Make a huge batch of this delicious refreshing summer drink for your next summer parties. Make sure to consume this cold with plenty of ice cubes.

    Cucumber Mint Cooler Ingredients

    Cucumber - make sure to choose fresh cucumber for making this juice. Any variety of cucumber can be used like english, Persian or salad cucumber.

    Mint Leaves - add fresh mint leaves which adds refreshing zing to the juice.

    Sugar & Salt - salt and sugar adds refreshing taste to the juice.

    Lemon Juice - lemon juice adds bright refreshing zing to the juice.

    How to Make Cucumber Mint Cooler (Stepwise pictures)

    Take all your ingredients
    Peel a cucumber
    Deseed and chop them
    Add it to a blender
    Add in mint leaves
    sugar
    some salt
    some lemon juice
    now time to blend them up..Add water too
    Puree them up
    Sieve it
    Squeeze to remove any juice
    Your cooler is done
    Fill a mug with icecubes
    Fill the juice in it
    Serve cold

    Expert Tips

    • Use fresh cucumber and mint leaves.
    • If your cucumber is tender, you can use it with the skin.
    • Lemon juice is totally to taste, you can add more or less to taste.
    • If you want to skip the sugar, you can just use some salt alone.

    Serving & Storage

    Cucumber mint juice taste great when served cold. You can enjoy it with plenty of ice cubes. Leftover Juice can be stored in fridge upto 2 days.

    Equipment

    • Blender

    Ingredients

    • 1 large Cucumber
    • 15 sprigs Mint Leaves
    • 2 tbsp Sugar
    • ½ tsp Salt
    • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 cup Water as needed
    • Ice cubes to serve

    Instructions

    • Take a cucumber and peel them up. Deseed and chop them into cubes.
    • Add this to blender along with mint leaves, sugar, salt. Add some water and puree them. Now strain this mixture through a fine sieve.
    • Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cooler over it. Serve cold.
