I love coffee and chocolate together. If you are making any cake or shakes using chocolate add a little bit of coffee to it.Coffee has a tendency to wake up the real chocolatyness hidden in the chocolate and improves the flavour. And if you are making anything combining chocolate and coffee, it is called as MOCHA. In the beginning I was wondering what is mocha, hence I found out this. All Clear lets move on to the BARS.

This is a quick instant bites which you can make in no time..This requires some basic ingrediants from your pantry and fridge, Plus it is EGGLESS..So even more special.  After this is baked, you can really identify the flavour of coffee in the bars. I totally loved it.I hope you will do the same and tell me if you try any..

Recipe Source: Cooksjoy.com
Ingrediants:
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 1/4 cup / 150 gms
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup  / 100 gms
Instant Coffee powder – 1 tsp ( I used I tblspn coffee paste)
Butter – 100 gms / 4 ounces / 1/4 pound
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips – 1 cup +1 cup / 300 gms
Method:
Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 325 Degree F. Line a baking pan with foil and brush it with butter.
Take flour, sugar and coffee powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add in butter and vanilla and mix well till they form a soft dough.
Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix well.
Tip this mixture in the prepared tray and press well evenly.
Bake this in the oven for 20-30 mins.
Remove it from the oven and sprinkle a cup of chocolate chips over that and put it back in the oven for 2 mins.
Take a spoon and smoothen the top so that you get a nice chocolate coating.
Allow it to cool down. Cut into squares and serve.
