Ghee paratha is my favourite, the flakyness and the aroma of ghee is superb.

Ingredients for Ghee Paratha
For Dough:
- Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cup + extra if needed
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Water as needed
- Ghee for frying and making paratha

This is a plain version, will share different version of this soon.

How to Make Ghee Paratha
- Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour.
- Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.
- Divide it into equal balls.
- Take one ball, spread it, apply ghee, fold it, apply ghee again, fold again, spread like paratha.
- Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.
- Another way of making is, take a ball, spread it, apply some ghee, roll it like a cylinder, now roll the cylinder into a spiral.
- Spread it and Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.
- Serve with a extra dollop of ghee.

First lets make the dough..Take wheat flour in a bowl |
